This is a very nice picture. Don't change anything.
I have some practical notes if I may add. The fire looks to be wood or charcoal, for coal is not that bright. The constant glow would mean that there is an apprentice or a healer working a bellows out of the picture. The anvil top surface would be the same height as the forge (or a vise or bench) for ease of working the metal. I dabble in this from time to time, using anthracite. Always be the student. Cheers.
